Vehicle Alignment Services at Total Automotive

I am new to Chilliwack and needed a vehicle inspection. Total Auto was one of three garages that were recommended to me and I am very happy that I choseTotal Auto. The garage is clean and all of the staff are friendly. They did a thorough assessment and good repair of my vehicle.

Highly recommend! As a woman, it's hard to find a shop that I feel safe in, where I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman who obviously isn't overly mechanically inclined. The staff here made me feel immediately at ease, from first phone call all the way to the service. They were thorough, quick and incredibly friendly and respectful! Will definitely be continuing to use them!

I’ve been bringing my car in to Total Automotive for maintenance for over 6 years now and every time is a great experience. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and make sure to explain everything clearly.

The team at Total Automotive took the time to hear the backstory of my ongoing power steering issues and concerns about previous work done elsewhere. They were great at finding a solution that didn’t require a whole new ps pump, resulting in a considerably lower cost to me. Their care for customer and service were ao appreciated!

Vehicle broke down and we managed to get it to Total. They fit it into a full schedule and diagnosed the problem to get the car back on the road quickly. The costs were very reasonable. We’ll be returning to Total for their excellent customer service.
Returning to Chilliwack after a 3 year move to Langley we’re super glad to put our vehicle service needs in their capable hands.

I needed an out of province inspection. They quoted me a worse case scenario for the repairs needed to pass the inspection. They came well under as things went better than expected. The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be back if I need any automotive repairs. Well recommended!!

I have to say....my initial experience with this shop was not great based on the quote for repairs. After voicing my concerns and cancelling the work, I received a call back from Ford who then told me the parts they quoted me for replacement, were actually covered under warranty as this shop replaced them 3 yrs ago. I feel the service advisor should have seen this based on the historical service records. Regardless, Ford (the service manager) called me and made things right. Thanks again for restoring my faith in Total Auto.

Total Automotive is fantastic. My whole family uses them. They are friendly, fair, and thorough. They provide you with a full assessment that details everything that needs to be addressed with your vehicle and how critical the issue is. They are willing to work with you to get you back and running.

Fantastic auto shop. I had the engine diagnosed and subsequently swapped in my 2018 Mazda 3 - clear and comprehensive communication (including the diagnostic report), fair pricing, and great timeline. Total Automotive has an awesome way of dealing with customers. When your car goes in for service, you always get a full report and photos emailed to you once the job is complete. These guys are detail crazy and do a great job keeping you informed about what is going on with your car. Thanks for keeping mine on the road- Total!

I easily set up an appointment for tire change and maintenance and while I appreciate the shuttle service available I took a walk around the Vedder loop! My car service was completed as promised and I was on my way! Reasonable cost and thorough explanations! Highly recommend ❣️

Outstanding customer service and top notch mechanics. We haven’t taken our vehicles anywhere else since discovering Total Automotive a few years ago. Very trustworthy and don’t rip anyone off. Honest and reliable.

I’ve been going to Total Automotive for almost 20 years. I first went there in July 2006 to get my car certified when I moved from Ontario. They were always very honest. I’ve been very happy with them for those 20 years. I got a (new to me) car in 2006. They keep my 1998 Toyota Corolla (Poor Man’s Porsche) running better than a Porsche. Also they provide a checklist of recommended repairs or things to monitor to get approval before going ahead. Keep up the good work guys!

Moving from out of province and finding a new shop I can trust was worrisome. The guys at Total Automotive are amazing! Very personable and reasonably priced. My main contact was Frank, he explained everything in detail and there were no surprises. They completed my BC safety check and necessary repairs in 2 days.

Brought the car in for a diagnostic, they did a full inspection, and supplied pictures to explain any thing wrong.
Was kept in the loop for all repairs and they communicated great, super fast turn around aswell
